Service Description: This is the base publication service for parcel and basemap information in Manitowoc County. Many layers are scale dependent. Some layers will turn on automatically as you zoom in and others require you to turn them on manaully. Manitowoc County maintains tax parcels for all municipalities except the Cities of Manitowoc and Two Rivers. County parcels are updated monthy, City of Manitowoc parcels are updated as time permits (approx. quaterly), and City of Two Rivers parcels are updated annually. Ownership information is updated nightly for all places except the City of Two Rivers. Basemap layers include road centerlines, site address points, municipal boundaries, unincorporated places, Public Land Survey System layers, railroads, lakes, and streams. Basemap layers are updated as new information is received.
